As part of your work, you will have the opportunity to get to know related specialist areas and interfaces.
The Hamburg plant's product areas are very broad and globally positioned. This means you'll be involved in various product development phases.
In addition to insights into various areas of the plant in terms of product and process, you will focus on these challenges:
- Layout planning and strategy, project support
- Project management with a focus on reporting project statuses of the plant’s product projects
- Further development of AI chat for planning
- Familiarization with a modern CAD tool (Faplis from Microstation) and implementation of specific CAD tasks
- Editing and implementing layouts as part of space management
Please note that this internship is for a period of 6 months.
The activity can begin from January 2026.

Requirements
- Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Commitment and teamwork
- Analytical thinking and strategic working methods
