Our Business Model Development team forms the strategic center for the development and further development of future-oriented solutions in the Financial Services division. During your internship, you will support us in driving forward innovative AI solutions for the mobility of tomorrow and contribute to the development of sustainable business opportunities.

What awaits you?

• You will support the development and implementation of AI-supported software solutions for process automation in the financial services sector and in digital products.
• You will also be involved in the design, implementation, and testing of AI services that make development and business processes more efficient and intelligent.
• In addition, you will contribute to the integration of AI components into existing digital products of the BMW Group.
• You will also support close collaboration with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to implement innovative AI solutions.
• You will help set up and maintain automated test pipelines (CI/CD) for AI models and software products.
• You will also support the scaling of AI solutions into the BMW IT landscape.
• In addition, you will actively participate in the design of the Finovation event series.

Requirements

• Studies in computer science, software engineering, data science, electrical engineering or a comparable field.
• Very good knowledge of Python (ideally also Java or C#) and experience with common AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience in software development methods (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) as well as with tools for version control, testing and deployment (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge in process automation (e.g. RPA, workflow engines, LLM-based tools).
• Good knowledge of German and English.
