Your responsibilities will include:
- Assistance in advising managers and employees on issues relating to HR instruments and HR processes
- Administrative and conceptual collaboration in our team, in day-to-day business on a variety of personnel issues
- Participation in the preparation and follow-up of personnel interviews
- Administration and organization of personnel documents
- Interface management between the HR managers, the HR Service Center and the department
The activity can begin from March 2026.

Requirements
- Degree in business administration, social sciences or a comparable degree, preferably with a focus on human resources
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Responsible and structured working style, administrative and coordination skills as well as motivation
- Good comprehension and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and IT applications
- Initial practical experience, preferably in human resources, is desirable.
Please note that your internship at this location must include a mandatory component.
