The BMW Group offer you an exciting internship in Sales and Marketing for MINI. Our team manages the sales and marketing activities of the MINI brand throughout Europe. During your internship, you will gain diverse insights and support our dynamic team on exciting projects.

What awaits you?

• You will support the team in learning about successful sales marketing.
• You will also assist your sales colleagues in preparing sales reports, presentations, and general administrative tasks.
• In addition, you will help derive measures from sales requirements, e.g., for events or European campaigns, and contribute your creativity.
• You will also help to familiarize yourself with reports on the marketing performance of the markets and identify synergies and anomalies using KPIs and dashboards.
• You will contribute to the organization, preparation, participation, and follow-up of events, meetings, management appointments, and workshops.
• You will also assist in the creation of presentation materials for various stakeholders.
• In all activities, you will be in active contact with the European markets, internal departments and agencies and will support the team in all areas.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing, communications or a comparable course of study.
• Initial practical experience in marketing, communications or sales is desirable.
• Knowledge of using dashboards.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Class B driving license.
• High level of commitment and initiative as well as a confident demeanor.
• Fluent German and English skills.
