The BMW Group offer you an exciting and varied internship in the field of transport logistics. Our team is responsible for the tendering and implementation of transport networks to supply all European plants. During your internship, you will actively participate in the planning and implementation of sustainable transport solutions and gain valuable insights into the Europe-wide management of truck and rail traffic.

What awaits you?

• You will support our team in a dynamic environment in the tendering and implementation of the entire European transport network.
• You will also be involved in conceptual tasks at the headquarters in Munich and support the operational implementation of processes, possibly also on-site at European plants.
• In addition, you will contribute to the planning, evaluation, and implementation of sustainable transport concepts in European plant supply.
• You will also support the evaluation and preparation of data, the monitoring and reporting of transport processes, and the tracking of schedules and milestones.
• You will be involved in the creation of training content for logistical implementation and in the preparation of presentations for cross-departmental topics.
• You will also support general and administrative project management tasks.

Requirements

• Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable course of study.
• Specialization in logistics is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to support interdisciplinary and project-related teams.
• Initiative and motivation to proactively support the team.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Class B driving license.
