2026 BMW Intern in Employer Branding & Social Media

The BMW Group offer you an exciting and varied internship in the field of employer branding and social media. Our team will strengthen employer appeal and support recruiting through targeted communication measures. During your internship, you will experience the interface between human resources and marketing and actively participate in the strategic development of our social media channels.

What awaits you?

• You support the organization, implementation and follow-up of employer branding shoots.
• You will also be involved in the creation and strategic development of online and print communication tools.
• In addition, your ideas are needed to reach relevant target groups with innovative communication measures.
• You will also support the creation and publication of posts for our BMW Group Careers channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube).
• You will be involved in the independent creation and editing of video, text and image material.
• You will coordinate and collaborate with internal and external interface partners as well as creative and film agencies to market content specifically to target groups.
• Your support in monitoring and analyzing our HR marketing activities will round out your work.

Requirements

• Studies in media and communication sciences, economics, humanities or comparable.
• Initial practical experience in HR, marketing, PR, communications or event management.
• Creativity and enjoyment of design tasks as well as fun in working with images and texts.
• Team and communication skills as well as a structured approach.
• Class B driving license.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
