The team at the BMW Group develops innovative solutions for the test drive systems of BMW M vehicles. As part of your work-study program, you will contribute to the development and testing of high-performance drive components.

What awaits you?

• You will support our team in a variety of tasks across several development projects for BMW M vehicles
• You will also assist in the creation of test reports for vehicle and test bench endurance runs in coordination with responsible engineers.
• Furthermore, you will contribute in a coordinated manner to the organization and error management of internal vehicle safety procedures.
• In addition, you will gain insights into the mechanical and electrical components of the drive system, such as the motor, cooling package, gearbox, output shafts and electric drive motor.
• The insights into the processes of a vehicle development project round off your diverse range of tasks.

Requirements

• Studies in engineering or a comparable field of study.
• Prior practical experience at BMW is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of the powertrain of BMW M vehicles as well as basic knowledge of Matlab and Simulink.
• Proficient use of MS Office and a Class B driver's license.
• Organizational talent.
• Fluent German and good English skills, as well as teamwork and communication skills
