What awaits you?

  • You will analyze our processes regarding AI applications and collaborate to develop and implement AI agents in our processes
  • In addition, you contribute to designing and implementing web-based end-to-end prototypes, including frontend and backend development.
  • Furthermore, you help build scalable micro-services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Here, you integrate large language models (eg, GPT-4, Llama 3) into our tool architecture using LangChain/RAG.
  • You support the design of training and fine-tuning pipelines, test prompt strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
  • In this role, you assist in building data models and ETL pipelines in the BMW cloud environment (AWS/Azure).
  • You collaborate with designers to turn mock-ups into working features and run A/B tests with internal pilot users.

Working hours: Full-time

Requirements

  • Studies in computer science, software engineering, data science, business informatics or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in at least two languages, ideally Python (Flask/FastAPI) and TypeScript/JavaScript (React, Next.js).
  • Hands-on experience with large language models (OpenAI/LangChain).
  • Familiarity with agile methods, Kanban, Git, and CI/CD.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for 'Build-Measure-Learn' approaches.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages ??are a plus.
