BMW Intern in Corporate Health Promotion & Behavioral Ergonomics 2026

The BMW Group offer you an exciting and varied internship in the field of health and ergonomics. Our team promotes health and behavioral ergonomics in the special engine production of the BMW, BMW M, MINI, and Rolls-Royce brands. During your internship, you will support us in creating a sustainable and health-promoting work environment – ??with a focus on the performance and well-being of our employees.

What awaits you?

  • You will support the organization of the module to promote ergonomic behavior in the workplace and physical resources.
  • You will also be involved in conducting ergonomic training courses and training ergonomics multipliers.
  • In addition, you will gain insights into production processes and design targeted individual consultations for employees in the workplace.
  • You will also be the contact person for employees and managers and support other health promotion measures.
  • Participating in internal projects, such as optimizing workplace conditions, is also part of your responsibilities.
  • Close cooperation with internal departments, especially health management, rounds out your area of ??responsibility.
  • You will support the independent processing of tasks and receive regular feedback from your contact person.

Requirements

  • Studies in training science, applied movement science, sports science or a comparable course of study.
  • Second half of diploma or bachelor's degree program or master's degree program.
  • Knowledge of the human musculoskeletal system, e.g., training as a physiotherapist or fitness trainer (A/B license), or comparable qualification.
  • Team and communication skills.
  • Organizational talent and initiative as well as a confident demeanor.
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent German skills.
