- Supporting the team in all administrative activities related to operational human resources management
- Preparation of presentations, data reviews and evaluations as well as research activities
- Preparation of stakeholder panels as part of recruitment processes
- Support with current projects
The activity can begin in April 2026.

Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics, psychology, communication sciences, human resources management or a comparable degree program
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strategic-conceptual skills
- Initiative and innovative thinking
- Enjoy shaping future topics with a clear customer focus
- Commitment and desire to make a difference together
