2026 Mercedes-Benz HR Management Internship Senior Executives

During the internship, you will gain comprehensive insight into the various facets of human resources work at Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

The following tasks await you with us: 

  • Supporting the team in all administrative activities related to operational human resources management
  • Preparation of presentations, data reviews and evaluations as well as research activities
  • Preparation of stakeholder panels as part of recruitment processes
  • Support with current projects

The activity can begin in April 2026.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, economics, psychology, communication sciences, human resources management or a comparable degree program
  • Commercial training is an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Strategic-conceptual skills
  • Initiative and innovative thinking
  • Enjoy shaping future topics with a clear customer focus
  • Commitment and desire to make a difference together
